Ingredients

  • 6 pork tenderloins
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
  • 6 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • flour

Instructions

  1. Season the pork tenderloins with salt, pepper, and flour.
  2. Fry the tenderloins in 2 tablespoons of oil until golden brown.
  3. Place the fried tenderloins in a baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the tenderloins.
  5. Mix the cream of mushroom soup and sliced mushrooms together.
  6. Spread the mushroom mixture over the cheese-covered tenderloins.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
