- Cut kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut bacon into 2-inch pieces.
- Place ingredients in a large roaster in the following order: spread 1 can of tomato soup on the bottom.
- Sprinkle sauerkraut over the soup.
- Add one can of water.
- Add sliced cabbage.
- Add peeled and bite-sized potatoes.
- Add sliced onion, salt, and pepper.
- Add sliced carrots.
- Add kielbasa pieces.
- Add bacon pieces.
- Spread the second can of tomato soup over the ingredients.
- Pour one more can of water over everything.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 325°F for 2½ to 3 hours.
