Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 cups grated fresh zucchini
  • 1/4 teaspoon sage
  • 2 tablespoons grated onion
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup oil

Instructions

  1. Beat 4 eggs until thick and add to the mixture of grated zucchini, grated onion, sage, salt, grated cheese, cracker crumbs, and oil.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan.
