- Cream butter and sugar together.
- Beat egg yolks slightly and add crushed pineapple, nut meats, and cream; mix well.
- Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
- Cover the bottom of a loaf pan with graham crackers.
- Spread the pineapple mixture over the graham crackers.
- Dissolve the red jello in water according to box instructions and add 1 tablespoon of sugar.
- When the jello is nearly set, pour it over the mixture in the pan.
- Refrigerate until the jello is fully set.
- Cut into squares the size of the graham crackers.
- Top each serving with whipped cream.
