- Cook turkey parts such as wings, giblets, and neck.
- Remove meat from the cooked turkey parts.
- Save the juice for dressing and giblet gravy. Use the neck for gravy; wings and other parts for dressing.
- Cut up celery and onions.
- Mix celery, onions, crumbled cornbread, and crumbled biscuits in a bowl.
- Add poultry seasoning, salt, pepper, and the turkey juice to the mixture.
- Transfer all ingredients into a greased glass baking dish.
- Make the mixture soupy by adding extra turkey juice or broth as needed.
- Bake at 400°F for 1 hour until done.
