Ingredients

  • 2 c. coarsely chopped cooked turkey
  • 2 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. cooked rice
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds
  • 1/3 c. chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. mushroom soup undiluted
  • 1/2 c. crushed potato chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked turkey, diced celery, cooked rice, slivered almonds, chopped green bell pepper, chopped onion, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the mayonnaise and undiluted mushroom soup.
  4. Add the mayonnaise mixture to the turkey mixture and stir to combine all ingredients.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  6. Top with crushed potato chips.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes.
