Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 scant tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 or more tsp fresh ginger

Instructions

  1. Combine 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and 1 scant teaspoon Dijon mustard in a bowl.
  2. Add 1 crushed garlic clove and 1 or more teaspoons grated fresh ginger.
  3. Optional: Add a bit of stock or Vegex to enhance the dressing.
  4. If available, thinly slice a kumquat and add it for extra flavor.
