Banana Blonds
Ingredients
Instructions
- Cream together margarine, brown sugar, egg and vanilla extract. Add baking powder and salt.
- Mix well, then add mashed bananas and 3/4 cup coconut.
- Blend in flour.
- Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Mix remainder of coconut with 1 tablespoon of butter and sugar (melted) and spoon evenly over the top.
- Bake in oven at 325° for 45 minutes.
- Cool.
- Cut into bars.
