Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • 2 tsp. raspberry spread
  • 1 tsp. shredded coconut
  • 1/2 medium banana

Instructions

  1. Lay the flour tortilla on a flat surface.
  2. Spread evenly with peanut butter and raspberry spread.
  3. Sprinkle with shredded coconut, if desired.
  4. Place half a banana on one edge of the tortilla.
  5. Roll up the tortilla to enclose the banana and fillings.
  6. Wrap loosely in a paper towel.
  7. Microwave on High for 35 seconds before serving.
