Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham crackers
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup soft oleo
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar to form the crust and press into a serving dish.
  2. Beat 2 eggs with 1/3 cup sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla for 15 minutes until well combined.
  3. Spread the egg mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  4. Layer sliced bananas over the filling.
  5. Whip 1 pint of cream until soft peaks form and sweeten as desired.
  6. Spread the whipped cream over the bananas and filling.
  7. Top with nuts and maraschino cherries.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for 6 hours before serving.
