Ingredients

  • 1 can biscuit dough
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp chopped onions
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • salt to taste
  • grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Flatten and press canned biscuit dough in muffin cups to outline cups.
  2. Brown ground beef lightly in a skillet.
  3. Add chopped onions, brown sugar, and barbecue sauce to the beef and cook until heated through.
  4. Season with salt to taste.
  5. Fill the biscuit cups with the meat mixture.
  6. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of each filled cup.
  7. Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
