Hearty and flavorful supper steaks featuring tender cube steaks baked with onion soup, mushrooms, and beef gravy for a comforting family meal.

Instructions
- Flour the cube steaks and brown them in a small amount of shortening.
- Place the browned steaks in a 8 x 13-inch pan.
- Sprinkle the steaks with dry onion soup.
- Drain the mushrooms and spread them over the steaks.
- Layer sliced onions on top of the mushrooms.
- Mix the beef gravy with water and pour it over the onions without stirring.
- Cover the pan with foil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 250°F for 3 to 4 hours.
