Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can biscuits
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  2. Add barbecue sauce, brown sugar, and chopped onions to the cooked beef and mix well.
  3. Separate the biscuits and press each into the cups of a muffin pan to form a base.
  4. Spoon the meat mixture into each biscuit cup.
  5. Top each with grated Cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake at 400°F for 10 to 15 minutes until the biscuits are golden and the cheese is melted.
