- Brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet; drain excess fat.
- Add barbecue sauce and Tabasco sauce (if using); simmer until heated through.
- Separate the Hungry Jack biscuits into 10 pieces and place in an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Press the dough together to form a crust covering the bottom of the pan.
- Spread the cooked meat mixture evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the meat layer.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) until the crust is golden brown, about 20 minutes.
