Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 4 or 5 soda crackers crushed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl: ground beef, crushed soda crackers, eggs, tomato soup, diced onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the mixture into an ungreased meat loaf pan or a Pyrex dish.
  4. Bake for 1 hour until cooked through and browned on top.
