Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. cornflakes
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1/2 c. fine chopped onions
  • 3/4 to 1 c. Carnation milk

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, pepper, salt, Worcestershire sauce, cornflakes, ketchup, chopped onions, and Carnation milk in a mixing bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  3. Place the meatballs on a broiler rack or a cookie sheet in the oven at 400°.
  4. Turn the meatballs once during cooking.
  5. Cook until done, about 20-25 minutes.
  6. Combine the cooked meatballs with barbecue sauce before serving.
