Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • barbecue sauce
  • 1 tube biscuits

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef, chopped onions, salt, and pepper in a skillet.
  2. Drain excess fat from the beef mixture.
  3. Mix in barbecue sauce with the cooked beef.
  4. Flatten the biscuits and place them in a greased muffin tin.
  5. Fill each biscuit with the meat mixture.
  6. Top each biscuit with grated cheese about 5 minutes before baking is complete.
  7. Bake until biscuits are golden and cooked through.
