Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground pork
  • 3 lb. ground beef
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 c. parsley
  • French bread
  • 2 jars oysters
  • shallots (optional)

Instructions

  1. Soak about 6 inches of French bread in oyster juice until soft.
  2. Cook ground pork, ground beef, and onions in a covered pan until the grease is rendered out, approximately 1 hour.
  3. Add chopped parsley and drained oysters to the cooked meat mixture.
