Ingredients

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 pound chopped ham

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a large skillet, except the meat, and mix well.
  2. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes over medium heat; then add the chopped ham.
  3. Continue cooking for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
