Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • spices to taste
  • onions to taste
  • peppers to taste

Instructions

  1. Make a small baking tray from a double layer of aluminum foil and pour a generous layer of Italian dressing into the tray.
  2. Place the fish in the tray and coat the top layer with more Italian dressing.
  3. Add spices and vegetables to the tray as desired.
  4. Place the tray on a preheated barbecue on high with the cover closed and cook for approximately 10 minutes or until the fish is flaky.
  5. Remove from heat and serve.
