Ingredients

  • 1 1 lb can salmon
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp grated onion
  • 1 tsp prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp parsley

Instructions

  1. Drain and flake the salmon, removing skin and bones.
  2. Combine the flaked salmon with cream cheese, lemon juice, grated onion, horseradish, salt, liquid smoke, garlic salt, and parsley.
  3. Mix well until smooth and well combined.
  4. Chill the mixture for several hours.
  5. Shape into a log or ball.
  6. Roll in chopped nuts if desired.
  7. Serve as a spread with crackers.
