Ingredients

  • 14 oz. bottle tomato catsup
  • 1 bottle water
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 lb. lean boneless stew beef

Instructions

  1. Place the stew beef into a baking dish.
  2. Mix the tomato catsup, water, vinegar, chili powder, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and chopped onion in a bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture over the meat and cover the dish with metal foil.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 2 hours.
