Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 c. bread crumbs
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture by tablespoonfuls into 1 1/2-inch balls.
  3. Occasionally wet your hands with cold water to make shaping easier.
