Basil Parmesan Quick Bread

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, Parmesan and basil in mixing bowl.
- Form a well in the center and add eggs, milk and butter. Mix just until moistened (batter will be lumpy).
- Spread into pan and bake 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out dry.
- Cool before slicing.
