Ingredients

  • 8 oz. noodles
  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 14 1/2 oz. Contadina tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 3 oz. cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles; drain well.
  2. Brown ground chuck in skillet.
  3. Remove from heat; pour off excess fat.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, chopped onion, chopped green pepper, seasoned salt, and pepper.
  5. Blend cottage cheese with softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
