  • 2 lb. lean cubed pork
  • 1 can mild salsa
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 cup flour

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, salt, and pepper; dust the pork cubes in this flour mixture.
  2. Combine the floured pork cubes, cream of mushroom soup, and salsa in a pan.
  3. Cook on low temperature for 3 to 4 hours until the pork is tender.
  4. Thicken the pork mixture with the seasoned flour used for dusting the pork.
