- Mix the self-rising flour, softened margarine or butter, and chopped pecans.
- Press the mixture into a 13 x 9-inch pan to form the crust.
- Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- Prepare the sugar-free pudding mix as directed on the package; set aside.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the milk and continue to mix until well combined.
- Mix in the sugar substitute (Equal) until fully incorporated.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
- Top with the prepared pudding mixture.
- Chill the dessert for at least 2 hours before serving.
