Bean And Beef Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 2 to 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 can condensed bean with bacon soup
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar chunky salsa
  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (16 oz.) drained/rinsed kidney beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) drained/rinsed black beans
  • 2 c. shredded cheese
  • 3/4 c. chopped green onions
  • 2 crust Pillsbury crust

Instructions

  1. Brown meat and garlic. Mix soup, 1 cup salsa, meat and rest of ingredients. Stir completely. Put crust in pie plate. Put mixture in crust and top with 2nd crust. Bake at 425° for 30 to 35 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Top with sour cream, salsa and olives, if you choose.
