Ingredients

  • 1 large can refried beans
  • 1 small can chopped olives
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
  • 1 small can diced green chilies
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Jack cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Layer refried beans in a large, flat casserole dish.
  2. Add chopped olives, green onions, and diced green chilies on top of the beans.
  3. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar and Jack cheeses over the layered ingredients.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 325°F for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
  5. Serve with corn chips.
