Ingredients

  • 4 chicken legs and thighs

  • 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 can mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken, minced onion, butter, and lemon juice in a crock-pot and cover.
  2. Cook on low heat for several hours or until the chicken is tender. Strain the cooking liquid.
  3. Combine the strained liquid with mushroom soup.
  4. Pour the mixture over the cooked chicken.
  5. Heat in the pot and serve.
