Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans Great Northern beans, drained
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 package pasta of choice

Instructions

  1. In olive oil, sauté garlic.
  2. Add chicken broth, tomato paste, and pepper.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Add rosemary and beans.
  5. Smash a few beans and stir.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
  7. Serve over cooked pasta.
