Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. diced lean pork
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • garlic bits
  • pepper
  • parsley flakes
  • 2 to 3 cans vegetarian beans

Instructions

  1. Brown diced pork in a large skillet with chopped onion, garlic, onion powder, and seasonings.
  2. Add brown sugar, chopped celery, and pineapple tidbits to the skillet.
  3. Simmer over low heat until flavors meld and dish is heated through, or transfer to an oven casserole and bake at 325° to 350° or use a crock-pot.
