  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can consomme
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons tapioca
  • 1 1/2 to 2 pounds stew beef
  • 3 potatoes, chunked
  • 3 carrots, chunked

  • pepper
  • basil or thyme
