Ingredients

  • 1 small can whole green beans
  • 1 small can wax beans
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 small green pepper sliced into rings
  • 1 onion sliced into rings
  • 2/3 c. white vinegar
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine, drain, and rinse all beans.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients together.
  4. Add beans to mixture.
  5. Marinate overnight. Serve 8-10.
