Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • Egg noodles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  2. Add the onion soup mix to the cooked beef and stir well.
  3. Cook the egg noodles in boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  4. In a baking dish, layer the cooked ground beef and egg noodles.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the mixture and stir to melt the cheese.
  6. Pour the can of cream of mushroom soup over the mixture and stir to combine.
  7. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of the mixture.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15 to 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
