Beef And Lettuce Packets

Ingredients

  • bouillon
  • alfalfa sprouts
  • tomato
  • green bell pepper
  • horseradish
  • water
  • deli-style cooked roast beef
  • leaf lettuce
  • salad dressing

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, combine water, bouillon and horseradish. Bring to a boil. Add vegetables. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  2. Add beef; mix well. Place equal portions of beef mixture on lettuce leaves. Top with sprouts, tomatoes and desired salad dressing; roll up. Secure with wooden pick.
  3. Refrigerate leftovers.
  4. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
