- In a large skillet, combine water, bouillon and horseradish. Bring to a boil. Add vegetables. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Add beef; mix well. Place equal portions of beef mixture on lettuce leaves. Top with sprouts, tomatoes and desired salad dressing; roll up. Secure with wooden pick.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
