Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground round
  • 2 tsp. instant minced onion
  • 1 (1 lb.) package frozen Tater Tots
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup

Instructions

  1. Cook ground round until crumbly.
  2. Transfer cooked beef to a 2-quart casserole dish.
  3. Top with instant minced onion and frozen Tater Tots.
  4. Mix cream of mushroom or chicken soup, cream of celery soup, and chopped green chilies together.
  5. Spoon the soup mixture over the beef, onions, and Tater Tots in the casserole.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  7. Turn the dish once during baking to ensure even cooking.
