- Cut the green pepper in half and remove and discard the core and seeds.
- Cut the pepper flesh into 1-inch pieces with a sharp knife.
- Prepare the other vegetables and meat as desired for skewering.
- Thread the green pepper, spring onions, zucchini or yellow squash, mushrooms, and meat onto skewers.
- Mix lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and corn oil to make a marinade.
- Brush the kebabs with the marinade or marinate for 30 minutes.
- Grill or cook the kebabs until the meat is cooked through and vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes.
