  • 1/2 cup okara
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 70 g beef, cooked
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup semolina meal
  • 1/2 cup sesame

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. In a blender whisk together 1 cup broth, milk, oil, beef, honey, garlic, parsley and 1 egg until combined.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, okara, rice flour and sesame.

  6. Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Mix together 1 egg and remaining broth until frothy.
  8. After 30 minutes, remove from the oven and brush both sides of the biscuits with the glaze. Place back in the oven and continue to bake for an additional 30 minutes. Remove and let cool completely.
