Ingredients

  • oil
  • soy sauce
  • green onion
  • mushroom
  • handful
  • salad
  • hamburger
  • egg roll wrappers

Instructions

  1. Brown hamburger and partially drain.
  2. Add next 4 ingredients and stir-fry on high with 1/4 cup soy sauce until lettuce is almost clear, 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Allow to cool.
  4. Follow directions on package for filling egg roll wrappers.
  5. Seal and deep fry until desired brownness.
  6. Serve with various sauces for dipping.
