Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 tsp. ground comino
  • 1/3 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 package tortillas
  • 1 (10 oz.) package Longhorn cheese
  • 2 1/2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef; drain off grease.
  2. Add spices, salt, comino, garlic powder, and black pepper; stir in chopped onions, tomato sauce, and water.
  3. Let simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
