Beef 'N Corn Casserole

- Brown the ground beef; drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion; cook until tender.
- Add cubed cream cheese and condensed mushroom soup; mix well.
- Stir in drained corn, chopped pimento, salt, and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
- Separate refrigerated biscuits into 10 pieces; cut each in half to form 20 half-circles.
- Arrange biscuits, cut side down, around the edge of the casserole.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 to 25 minutes, or until biscuits are browned.
