Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 12 oz can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped pimento
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 7.5 oz refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef; drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onion; cook until tender.
  3. Add cubed cream cheese and condensed mushroom soup; mix well.
  4. Stir in drained corn, chopped pimento, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  6. Separate refrigerated biscuits into 10 pieces; cut each in half to form 20 half-circles.
  7. Arrange biscuits, cut side down, around the edge of the casserole.
  8. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 to 25 minutes, or until biscuits are browned.
