Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed onion soup (undiluted)
  • 1/2 cup green pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup uncooked, regular rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Spoon the mixture into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
  3. Cover the dish with a lid or foil.
