- Slice the tenderloin very thin, about 4 1/2 x 3 inches, using tenderloin or thin sliced sandwich steaks.
- Spread mustard evenly on each piece of steak.
- Place two pieces of sliced carrots and two slices of Polish dill pickles on top of each steak.
- Roll up each steak tightly and fasten with toothpicks to secure.
- Lightly brown the rolled beef in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the can of beef broth to the pan.
- Simmer gently until the beef is cooked through and flavors meld.
