Beef Stroganoff (Low-Fat)

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. sirloin
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. evaporated skim milk
  • 1 pkg. Lipton instant onion-mushroom soup mix
  • 8 oz. plain nonfat yogurt
  • 2 c. hot cooked noodles

Instructions

  1. Slice beef into bite-size pieces.
  2. Fry pieces with garlic in a nonstick skillet or pan coated with nonstick vegetable oil spray. Just before beef is done, add mushrooms.
  3. While meat cooks, prepare sauce.
