Beef-Stuffed Cabbage

- Brown the ground beef in a skillet and add the tomatoes, sliced onion, and sliced celery. Stir until well mixed.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
- Place a layer of shredded cabbage on the bottom of the casserole dish.
- Spoon a layer of the meat mixture over the cabbage.
- Add another layer of cabbage on top of the meat mixture.
- Repeat layering with the remaining cabbage and meat mixture, ending with a layer of cabbage on top.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs evenly over the top layer of cabbage.
- Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
