Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. mace
  • 1/4 tsp. allspice
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 4 oz. spaghetti, broken
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (if desired)

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef well in a skillet and place it in the crock-pot.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients to the crock-pot.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for about 3.5 hours.
