Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. dried beef, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. onion flakes or minced onion
  • 1/2 c. pecans, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Cream the cream cheese and milk; stir in beef, then blend in pepper, garlic salt, sour cream and onion flakes.
  2. Place in a square baking dish.
  3. To prepare topping, saute pecans in butter and salt.
  4. Pour over beef and cheese mixture.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
