Ingredients

  • 1/2 to 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3/4 lb. bacon, cut into small pieces
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 2 (1 lb.) cans pork and beans
  • 1 (1 lb.) can red kidney beans
  • 1 (1 lb.) can butter beans
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and drain; place in crock-pot.
  2. Brown bacon and onions.
  3. Drain and add to the crock-pot.
  4. Add all ingredients and mix well.
  5. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
