Beef-Wine Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. beef for stew, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 c. dry red wine
  • 1 envelope (about 1 1/2 oz.) onion soup mix
  • 8 c. hot cooked spaghetti

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except spaghetti and cheese, in 3-quart casserole.
  2. Cover tightly and microwave on High (100%) 15 minutes; stir.
  3. Cover and microwave on Medium-low (30%), stirring every 30 minutes until tender, 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
  4. Spoon sauce over hot spaghetti.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese.
